Parrie the Stingray
Struisbaai harbour is home to a well known couple of Stingrays. Parrie the larger one is a long time resident, and has even traveled to Cape Town for a visit to the Aquarium. Parrie can often be seen around the slipway, waiting for morsels from returning fisherman. Parrie is an excellent mascot for our beautiful harbour.
